Oļegs Sējāns
Olegs is CEO at TaxLink Latvia as well as he leads the Tax Service Line. Olegs has more than 20 years of experience in tax and accounting, as well as he has several years of experience in financial audit. Olegs has worked for the Latvian Tax Administration, the European Commission, the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank as well as for one of Big4 companies. Olegs has international experience in more than 10 countries, including Western Balkan and Central Asia countries as well as Africa. Olegs is a certified tax consultant since 2008 and a member of the Latvian Association of Tax Consultants. Olegs has a master’s degree in Business Management, and he is fluent in Latvian, English, Russian and has a good understanding of French.

Krists Ansons
Krists is a tax consultant, specialising in transfer pricing for more than seven years. Prior to joining TaxLink Latvia, Krists worked for many years at the Latvian State Revenue Service in the International Transactions Department, analysing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation. Krists has also worked in international tax consultancy companies and has participated in Central Asia research projects funded by the European Commission for several years.
